Combine brown rice and water in the pressure cooker. Seal the lid of the pressure cooker and check that the vent valve is at the "not venting" position. Adjust the pressure cooker settings by selecting "Pressure Cook" and set the timer for 22 minutes. Make sure that the pressure cooker is on the "high" pressure cook setting.
