By mid-June, sixteen state legislatures (AZ, CA, DE, FL, MA, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, VT, and WI), five territory legislatures (AS, GU, MP, PR, and VI) and the District of Columbia had convened their regular sessions.
