The Overture Maps Foundation has four tiers of membership to suit anyone wanting to join in the effort to build open map data. Participation in working groups is open, however we expect that members will be active contributors to open data, technology, development time, or financial resources that can be used to move faster. Greater levels of contribution gives participants more influence over the direction and priorities of the project and working groups.| Overture Maps Foundation
On July 24, Overture put out its first version of the Address Theme. This initial release included open address data for 14 countries for a total of just over 200 million address records. That’s about 10% of the world's population, so there’s a long way to go…but it is a great start. The Address Theme now joins Overture’s other open datasets which include Transportation, Places, Divisions, Buildings, and Base.| Overture Maps Foundation
