In these leagues, Random Debuts is enabled by default, which means any real players not on the initial teams will be randomized into future draft classes. If you want to disable this and have future draft classes full of randomly generated players, you can by clicking "Customize Settings" and changing the "Randomization" option.| zengm.com

Mostly this is just a cosmetic change, but it does have one functional improvement: several of the settings that were previously available only in God Mode are now available any time. Things that don't affect your ability to succeed in the game or win achievements, such as enabling the Elam Ending. Sure it changes game simulation, but it doesn't make it any easier to accomplish anything, so no advantage can be gained by toggling that option.| zengm.com

Randomization - This is the only option that's not new, but I'll still explain it here for completeness. You can choose to "shuffle rosters" (randomize which players are on which team) or choose "random debuts", which is a very fun feature. Random debuts means every player's draft year is randomized. Starting teams are random combinations of current and future players, and future draft classes contain a random selection of real players.| zengm.com
