Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat, then add brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place peeled peach halves face down. Sauté peaches for about 3 minutes until, edges are browning. Flip them over and cook another 1-2 minutes. Move peach halves around in the skillet gently to prevent burning. Once cooked they should be soft enough to cut with a spoon.| twocupsflour.com
