CFPB Bolsters Enforcement Efforts by States | Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
Today, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued an interpretive rule that describes states’ authorities to pursue lawbreaking companies and individuals that violate the provisions of federal consumer financial protection law.
