I joined MIT's Economics Department as an Assistant Professor in July 2024. I received my PhD from MIT in 2021 and was a Prize Fellow in Economics, History, and Politics at Harvard from 2021-2024. My research explores broad questions in economic development, with a focus on the role of innovation, the environment, and political economy.
