How very Hunger Games. Image: Domundi/MandeeIn an action-packed episode, the three heirs enter the woods for the archery competition, Thatdanai makes his presence known, and we finally learn the Big Bad behind it all.| The Geekiary
Image: GMMTVAs we move further into the second arc, it looks like things are starting to be a little more balanced. Arc and Arm had less screen time while still maintaining a presence. We got a glimpse of Pond and Sand. And the plot is plotting when it comes to Yotha and Gun.| The Geekiary
Image: GMMTVWhile we didn’t get quite the Shakespearean ending I was hoping for (there were a disappointing zero weddings), The Heart Killers still gave a satisfying conclusion for both couples. It also wrapped up something that may have seemed a little too neatly done in last week’s episode.| The Geekiary
Image: GMMTVYotha becomes a little less mysterious in this week’s episode, but maybe he should have left a little bit of mystery. (Seriously, someone please get that boy in therapy.) Meanwhile, Gun is trying to steal Arm’s title of “Most Oblivious” because he is not picking up on anyone‘s signals, no matter how obvious they are.| The Geekiary

Image: GMMTVMerry Christmas (to those who celebrate)! Looks like Santa left some heartbreak under your tree. And some emotional damage in your stocking. Yay.| The Geekiary
Image: GMMTVWow, we are literally two episodes into Faifa and Wine’s story and already these two seem to be gone for each other. Appearances can be deceiving, though. After all, we have six more episodes to bring the heartbreak. And given what we know of Faifa, I suspect it will be a doozy.| The Geekiary
The first image from YinWar’s new series. (We think.) Image: YWPB OfficialRiding high on the popularity of their most recent series, Jack & Joker (and perhaps feasting on the tears of their fandom after that special episode), Yin Anan and War Wanarat have dropped what we hope is a new photo from their upcoming show with the caption: “WE COMING.” Well, on behalf of fans, WE WAITING.| The Geekiary
Image: screengrabI’ve been eagerly awaiting the special episode of Jack & Joker since it was announced back at YinWar’s fanmeet in December. Jack & Joker was one of my favorite shows from last year, and special episodes are always a fun time. But after the premiere event last weekend, spoilers hit the internet, and they did not sound fun. Everyone who hadn’t been able to attend the screening had to wait for the episode to drop on streaming and find out what was true and what wasn’t.| The Geekiary
You have to stand this close to teach archery. It’s a law. Image: Domundi/MandeeThis episode packs some pretty heavy emotional punches, and we make some substantial gains, albeit all in the relationship department. We seem to have stalled at moving the political storyline forward.| The Geekiary
Charan is not buying Khanin’s “sprained” ankle at all. Image: Domundi/MandeeIt feels like we’re finally starting to move forward in our story. Charan returns to his post at the university, only to leave again in order to be Khanin’s coach for the competition. The parameters of the competition are expanded. Thatdanai’s fate is revealed.| The Geekiary
Charan catches Khanin when he stumbles during the dance. Image: Domundi/MandeeKhanin and Charan cause a stir at Khanin’s coronation ball. Meanwhile, the investigation into the attack on Khanin has begun, but the answers may not be as obvious as they seem.| The Geekiary
Khanin is introduced to the royal court. Image: Domundi/MandeePrince Khanin is officially official. In what has surely been a whirlwind for Khanin, he arrives at the palace, meets his long-lost family, is thrown into a competition he’d never heard of essentially against his will, and is crowned prince. And in the background, there are still machinations happening.| The Geekiary
Charan and Khanin attempt, badly, to go incognito at the airport. Image: Domundi/MandeeWorkCharan and Khanin have safely reached Emmaly, though not without some struggles. But after a car chase, the world’s worst assassins, and a poorly thought-out handcuffing, they now have to deal with something even worse: politics.| The Geekiary
Image: Domundi/MandeeOne of the most highly-anticipated Thai BLs of the past few years has finally premiered, and the first episode is everything that I hoped it would be. The production quality, the world-building, the orchestral score, and the attention to detail hopefully indicate that The Next Prince will continue to live up to the hype. But for all the work that has gone into the creation of the fictional country of Emmaly, in this first episode, we’ve yet to spend much time there.| The Geekiary
Image: Domundi/Mandee WorkIf you’ll pardon me reusing a fairly common phrase, it’s been 84 years, but we are finally going to get The Next Prince. It was “coming soon” for so long, it felt like it would never get here. But the official trailer dropped yesterday, and I am seated and ready.| The Geekiary
Khanin readies his bow. Image: Domundi/MandeeOh, boy. I’m still fanning myself. A super-sized seventh episode moved us forward in leaps and bounds and left everyone abuzz on social media. Don’t worry. We’ll get there.| The Geekiary
