For the past few weeks my physical health hasn’t been the best. Just last month I recovered from a mild bronchitis and just recently it came back again. For the past two weeks I've been sick. It started with a dry throat that lasted for 3 days and eventually became a really bad coughing fit for the rest of the week. For 4 nights I was sleepless, coughing my lungs out like I was about to throw it up to the brink of tears. My whole stomach started aching every time I cough, and my chest felt clogged and heavy.
