Happy September, Everyone! This month (September 2025 Workout Rotation), we’ll shake things up with a mix of cardio and weight training from both older and newer series. Each week will include one OFF day, which can be used for a recovery workout of your choice, or as a day of complete rest. Listen to your body and decide what it needs when you get there.
