The B.C. Supreme Court granted an adjournment of the Gitanyow's Title case pending the outcome of appeals of Chief Darlene Simpson (Skiik’m Lax Ha) of the “Tsetsaut/Skiik’m Lax Ha” and the Nisga'a Lisims Government.
