Cornell University says the portion of Hoy Road between Campus Road and the Duffield Hall loading dock will be closed to all traffic for construction activity from Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18. “Hoy Road access to Rhodes, Upson, Phillips, and Duffield Halls will be maintained from the south via Dryden Road,” according to an alert last week.
