Tragically, a speeding hit-and-run sedan driver fatally struck a woman on foot early Sunday morning in West Englewood. According to the Chicago Police Department, on Sunday, October 19, around 2:13 a.m., officers responded to a report of a pedestrian crash near 66th Street and Ashland Avenue.
