I have a buzzing sound coming from in ceiling Liton LH1499IC light fixtures (not the bulb): https://liton.com/ic-double-wall-housing-51083.html These fixtures are connected to a dimmer switch Buzzing gets worse: over time (as the light stays on) with full brightness if I completely remove the bulb but have the dimmer ON when changing bulbs from 12V 50W (recommended by fixture) to 30W or 5W Could there be a relationship to the dimmer switch? I called an electrician today to help me install smart dimmers in my home. For one of the dimmers, he tied up the neutral and ground wires from the dimmer to the copper ground wire in the wall. Is this ok (see picture)? When he first opened the box, he noticed that there was no neutral wire and then used a voltmeter to see if he can use the copper wire to connect to the neutral.
