My sister had a few pet turtles. They lasted for two weeks. She also had a rabbit, and that rabbit lasted for a solid nine months until my Siberian Huskies broke into the cage and ate them. She had a gerbil. She had it for maybe a month and a half before it made it’s … Continue reading Science is a powerful tool, but it must be used responsibly| Metallicman
When I first started working, both the steel mills, and the coal mines had a company doctor. This was in the late 1960’s. By the 1970’s the doctors were putting in part-time hours, and were generally on call. By the end of the 1970’s the factory doctor office was open a part of the time … Continue reading True talent, Mr. Ducky, comes from the heart| Metallicman
In Arkansas jails you could buy checkers, dominoes, cards and chess. But in prison, all that you could do is play chess, or dominoes. Many inmates would make up their own games and play them; betting on the outcomes. Banned contraband such as drugs and cigarettes we often prizes as was food, tasks, chores, and … Continue reading True strength isn’t about flashy abilities—it’s about using them wisely| Metallicman
We had no idea how great our life was before the United States became a psychopathic shit-hoe. Here’s some meme’s to underline this truth. But it is closer than ever was before.| asylum.madhouse-project.org
The past few weeks were quite a challenge, but we are slowly settling down at our new place (where I now have a proper desk, with enough space for all the gadgets, whee!), and Chrysalis has been moving forward nicely too, with some major changes all around the place. I'll be going into more details, but first, lets see how things ...| asylum.madhouse-project.org
The past month has been eventful in many ways: we've seen the Twins three times on ultra sound, made huge progress towards moving to a bigger apartment, and last but not least, tremendous progress was made on Chrysalis. It even has useful features now, so much so, that an alpha release was tagged too. You can see a demo video just below, and try the pre-built binaries yourself, no Kaleidoscope-powered hardware required, either!| asylum.madhouse-project.org
