We consumed every item on this menu last week. It was so good. I love that it not only provided delicious food for my family, it also consisted of greens I harvested from the garden right before serving. It exposed my kids to new foods they don't eat every week. And it provided just enough leftovers for lunches the next day. The salad here (and perhaps every salad from now until the baby greens pop up in April) is built on a core of iceberg lettuce.
