SACRAMENTO – California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, the City of Vallejo, and the Vallejo Police Department (VPD) today announced an agreement to collaborate on a comprehensive policing plan in an effort to modernize and reform VPD’s policies and practices and increase public trust.
