I’m on a never ending quest to reduce my screen time. I have a widget pinned to my home screen that shows my daily screen time so it’s front and center. I average between two to three hours of screen time per day, depending how much I’m working and if I workout that day. Imagine reducing your screen time by 50%, what would you do with that extra time? I realized I spend too much time checking out on Twitter and it distracted me too much.
