Nestled between Brisbane River and Brisbane CBD, the City Botanic Gardens are a welcome reprieve from the busyness of city life. Set on 20 hectares/49 acres, the gardens provide around 5km of interconnected paths encompassing rainforest, formal lawns, lagoon and avenues of mature shade trees. Thank you Brisbane City Council for maintaining these beautiful gardens and making them so accessible.
