I don’t know where I’ve been for the last 40+ years, but I can honestly say I’m not sure I have ever had scotcharoo bars in my life until this last year. I know…you’re in total disbelief. One of my favorite soda shops in Utah also sells treats…one of which is a scotcharoo bar. I
