The Costa Rican Government announced new restrictions that will go into effect as of this Tuesday, April 27, and through Sunday, May 16. The main change has to do with transit restrictions, starting today the restriction will be in place starting at 9 p.m. ad through 5 a.m. Commercial establishments will have to also close business by 9 p.m. in accordance with the transit restriction.
