Last year, Erin Fitzgerald founded the Minneapolis Renaissance Coalition, looking to encourage developers, investors and anyone with a stake in downtown Minneapolis to help reimagine the area. This year, Fitzgerald bid farewell to her old employer, JLL, and has opened her own firm to continue this work.
