My Safari extension StopTheMadness Pro has a font replacement feature that allows you to replace the fonts chosen by a web page with fonts chosen by you. However, Safari refuses to display fonts that you have downloaded and installed on your device. This restriction is an anti-fingerprinting measure in WebKit.
