The Burlington Public Library recently had Mark lead a presentation for our patrons about preserving your harvest. Our patrons absolutely adored his program! Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject, and took his time to explain the ins and outs of the different methods of food preservation for his audience. We would definitely recommend him, and look forward to sharing another one of his many informative programs with our patrons!
