I'm not sure I'll ever tire of velvet bows. They're wonderfully luxurious, rich in color and texture, and the perfect touch on any wreath, garland, or tree. I actually keep a stash of velvet ribbons of all widths and hues to wrap gifts year-round. This holiday season, I wanted to play around with volume, doubling up on bows and making them drapey, almost as if they were spilling over the mantle and off the tree.
