The Lightcast Occupation Taxonomy is a proprietary taxonomy composed of four levels (Career Area, Occupation Group, Occupation and Specialized Occupation). The Specialized Occupations within the taxonomy identify roles that are the same, across employers and geographies, regardless of job title.
