Churchill was depicted on objects fanciful and utilitarian, from the ridiculous to the sublime: coins, stamps, textiles, paintings, garden gnomes, teapots, posters, and piggy banks. Krapf’s book is not a “Churchilliana” catalogue, but serves to illustrate Churchill’s life through his very fine personal collection of memorabilia.
