If you need to deploy local Hyper-V or VMWare VMs that are enrolling in Intune with native Entra join, we now have a nice modern method to do so by utilizing Autopilot device preparation. The only thing is, we need to create corporate device identifiers for all these VMs in Intune or otherwise our users need to be able to enroll personal devices, which I would not recommend if not required for other reasons.
