CHARLES, IL – The St. Charles Education Association (SCEA), St. Charles Educational Support Professionals (SCESP) and St. Charles Transportation and Maintenance (SCT&M) are addressing misleading flyers circulating in the community that misrepresent the recommendations of St. Charles School District 303 educators in the upcoming school board election.
