Tom’s practice is divided between Chambers’ employment & discrimination, hr professional support, inquests and commercial teams. He is predominantly an employment law specialist with particular expertise in disability discrimination, frequently instructed by both Claimants and Respondents in difficult long-term sickness absence and reasonable adjustments claims and disputes over worker status.
