It’s no big secret that I’m not fond of “Artificial Intelligence”, yet, there was a time when I not only used artificial intelligence, but enjoyed it too. It wasn’t even that different from today’s plagiarism machines! It was much smaller in scale, yes, but just like today’s GenAI, it required a lot of resources, and most of its output was utter nonsense. So why did I use it, what for, and why was it fun? And why am I admitting such a sin today?
