The Fishers Plan Commission was split 4-4 during its April 2 meeting on whether to recommend a proposed rezone for a new development off Cumberland Road just north of Deering Street. As a result, the rezone for the Gerardot Neighborhood will go to the Fishers City Council without a recommendation
