The Ithaca Farmers Market hoped to have parking lot and roadway improvements completed at their Steamboat Landing facility on the shores of Cayuga Lake in time for the usual seasonal reopening on the first Saturday of April, but delays have led IFM organizers to stay at the Winter Market location at the Triphammer Marketplace for an extra two weeks.
