MONTGOMERY — Gov. Kay Ivey has awarded 10 grants totaling nearly $430,000 to provide services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault while prosecuting perpetrators in those cases. The grants were awarded to domestic violence agencies as well as law enforcement and prosecution offices
