Following months of rigorous analysis and legal arguments, the Public Service Commission has approved a 4.7% electricity rate increase for Rocky Mountain Power customers. But as we’ve said before, the fine print on electricity rates matters. In fact, this 4.7% increase brings net electricity rate increases up to 15% since last summer.
