Apple’s most recent 10-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission shows the company has budgeted $11 billion in capital expenditures for fiscal 2014. This is more than 5 times Apple's capital expenditure in 2010 and 57 percent more than the $7 billion it spent in 2013. What is Apple planning to do with all that additional money?
