Scarafile leads the Charleston, South Carolina-based Carolina One Real Estate, which has more than 1,000 agents who do nearly $4 billion in annual sales. Scarafile joined the state’s largest real estate company in 2005, took over as president in 2011 and as CEO in 2020. He is the current chair of The Realty Alliance board of directors and serves on the board of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance.
