Mitchell and Crumbley co-own the Tampa Bay-based BHHS Florida Properties Group. Mitchell, a third-generation Realtor, and Crumbley started with the firm in 1984. They are also co-owners of Capstone Tropical Holdings, which comprises title, insurance and facilities management groups as well as the brokerage with more than 900 agents doing approximately $1.7 billion in 2023 sales.
