Notable changes since the last update include: Oklahoma’s governor signed into law a total ban on abortion starting at fertilization with a "bounty hunter" enforcement mechanism that went into effect immediately. This makes Oklahoma the first state to completely ban abortion since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.
