I am back from INNOG 8 and still trying to settle down with an overflow of pending tasks. Since midnight of 31st May 2025, there seems to be a visible jump in latency between India and Europe over Tata Comm’s AS6453 network. I can see this as one of the providers at home is routing forward & return paths via Tata Tele AS45820 which uses Tata Comm’s AS4755 transit (only).
