Four people escaped the Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility (CBCF) on Thursday evening, Executive Director Domonique Paige confirmed in an email to Spectrum News 1. Officials confirmed they broke a window and climbed a perimeter fence to escape. As of 12 p.m. Friday, all four individuals were still on the run.
