The City of Mitchell invites proposals from qualified developers, development teams, non-profit organizations, and other interested parties for the redevelopment of three, City-owned properties located on east First Avenue. (Proposals can be submitted for one or all of the properties discussed in this RFP.) The goal of the project is to support revitalization of an existing neighborhood to increase housing supply and enhance community livability.
