Reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by major sources is required by the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32). The Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions (MRR) is applicable to electricity generators, industrial facilities, fuel suppliers, and electricity importers.
