The HASTEN businesses incubation programme aims to empower youth-led enterprises and entrepreneurs in Lesotho, Rwanda and Sierra Leone, whilst placing a particular emphasis on the support of women-led, eco-inclusive and green startups. It is an initiative under the FAO FVC HASTEN project.
