Mr. Bellinger’s extensive aerospace career includes 20+ years with NASA; 10 of those years as the Technical Director for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center / Wallops Flight Facility. Mr. Bellinger is a consultant for ARES Corporation and owns his own consulting company. Mr. Bellinger has received training from numerous NASA APPEL courses and has supported development and conduct of NASA training including Safety in High Pressure Systems, High Pressure Cylinder Safety, and Flexible Hose Safety.
