The Mega grant includes $5 billion in funding through the bipartisan infrastructure package approved by Congress last year. ALDOT plans to apply for some of that money for the I-10 Mobile River Bridge and Bayway project this month as state officials continue to explore financing options for the massive infrastructure project.
