Eight years after a day-long music festival with a mission to raise awareness about protecting Cayuga Lake, the Ithaca Reggae Fest expands this June to a three-day festival on the lake shore at Stewart Park, kicking off with a free Friday evening block party. Advance ticket prices go up on April 22nd.
