Dr. Cavallari received her B.S. Pharmacy and Pharm.D. degrees from the University of Georgia. She then completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Pharmacogenomics at the University of Florida.
