It took me a little while to decide what to do about the PC Engine. It felt wrong to not include the CD games at all, since they’re a huge part of the console’s identity. But if I included the PC Engine CD games with the Hucard games, then surely the only fair thing to do would be to include the SEGA-CD and 32X games in the Mega Drive ranking.
