The purpose of this article is to explore the existing data portability rights under EU law, and assess the potential gaps among the GDPR, the DMA and the Data Act in the light of the new development of autonomous AI agents. The possible evolution of these agents is not just about technological advancements but also involves the development of an ecosystem that supports their operation and integration into our daily lives.
